Not Doing Too Good On My 3rd New Year's Resolutions!

I'm a bit disappointed of myself for not following through on my 3rd New Year's resolutions and that is to lose weight. I mean I am not gaining anymore weight but no losing anymore, it's because I've stopped exercising in the mornings and still pretty much eating the same way. I've said before that the key to losing weight is exercising combined with self-control during meal times. So I made this rule not to get anymore seconds. But I found out that it is easier said than done especially when there is good-looking foods in front of you, it is so difficult to turn your head away and forget about seconds.

I guess I am gonna have to take or use some kind of weight loss supplement to help me achieve this goal. But there are just too many out there that I don't know which would be perfect for me! I don't need a hardcore diet products since I am really not that fat. I just need to lose 10 lbs extra. Maybe something that substitute on one of my meals like the PB2 mix drink. It is a chocolate-flavored drink that I can just easily mix with water and has all the protein that I am gonna need since it is a peanut butter powder. I hope this could help me lose that extra 10 lbs before summer comes!
