Finding Time To Exercise

I am really disappointed of myself for letting my weight go up to where I didn't want it to be! Being a busy mom is not an excuse for being in this situation. There are people out there like Scott Gelbard who is able to find time to exercise even with a very busy lifestyle!

So after realizing that my weight is not going anywhere if I continue to sit and eat more, I started doing the opposite. Finding time to exercise is actually not the hard. You can be very creative with it like for example, when I go to take my kids outside, that's when I do some exercise too. I do some stretching, play with my hula hoop, jog for a few minutes, you know, just enough to sweat out all that toxins that our body doesn't need! 

When I'm inside the house and don't have anything to do and my  kids are asleep,  I also take advantage of the time by doing weight lifting, some squats and a little sit ups. My weight is still the same but I feel so much better and more energized than before. If I keep doing what I am doing now, I am pretty sure that I will be able to reach my target weight!
