Coupons, Coupons And More Coupons!

I have never had this much coupons saved at one time. Coupons above are from 3 different stores, one $10 off of $25 or more purchase at JCPenney and multiple coupons from Victori'as Secret and Bath and Body Works! I always like to go to JCpenney and check their sales items. Hopefully, they have some good sales going on tomorrow. I am hunting my kids some new winter clothes. I cannot spend a whole lot so this $10 off will definitely come in handy if I find some good deals!

Anyway, what I am looking forward is to go to Victoria's Secret for I have 2 guaranteed free stuff without having to purchase anything from them. A free mini cheekaster and a full-size VS mist! Gosh I just love this store! I also have 2 $10 off a bra coupons, I don't have any intentions of using them, but I will still bring them tomorrow just in case!

And lastly, lots of coupons from Bath and Body Works. I just recently ordered from them and sent me lots of coupons with my orders online. Not guaranteed that I'll be using any of these coupons. They require minimum purchase and I only have limited amount to spend. So I'll have to see what they'll have in store tomorrow!

Beautiful Carolina Blue Skies

These pictures were taken about a month ago at the North Carolina State Mountain Fair! It was such a lovely day that day, the perfect day to be riding scary and fun rides! The mountain views made the scary rides looks appealing until you get on it! LOL!

Anyway, here are few of the rides that we rode that day! In the background you will the beautiful Carolina Blue skies which I think made my pictures look so good!
My mother-in-law and I on the Pirate Ship Ride! This would be my last time riding this thing! As you can see in the picture, my expression says it all! Yes I was terrified just to be honest but I was very impressed with my mother-in-law of how calm she was considering she was on oxygen and almost 70 years old! I really applaud her for having the guts to ride this ride! It felt like my stomach was turning inside out! LOL!

My oldest son on a bungee jump! He loved this one and wanted to do it again but it cost $7 so maybe next year again! :)

The Flying Circus was my oldest son's favorite ride there. He was scared at first to ride but after convincing him to try it, he wanted to do it again and again, so he ended up riding it three times that day! He had a blast!

Intelligent Quartz™ Fly-Back Chronograph Timex Watch For Free!

When I posted about I might be getting a free Timex watch several weeks ago, I was a little skeptical if it's really true. I mean nobody would just give you a free stuff these days especially if it cost over $100 and no string attach! But lo and behold the watch came earlier than expected. Instead of waiting 6 to 8 weeks like it said, the watch arrived in the mail probably in one week! When I saw that it was from Timex, I couldn't be any happier and excited! I picked out a men's watch so I could give it to my husband for his birthday this coming Halloween and that watch just came in time! My husband would be very surprised when he sees this watch for it is truly beautiful! And take note, I got it for FREE! The price tag on this watch on Timex website is $165!

Please note that this is not a review for Timex. This is just my way of showing my appreciation for giving me a beautiful and expensive piece of watch for free! So you can click the link above to see the real price on it and see that I am not lying about it!

Anyway, here are more pictures below that I took right after I opened it! Don't worry, my husband have not seen it yet! He did see it when I was picking the watch. I showed it to him to see what he'd think about the watch but I didn't tell him that I was getting it for him and his comment was "That's a good-looking watch right there!". So I know for fact that he is going to love it!
A little note from Timex

By the way, the conversation started on twitter. Timex said that they liked my style and that's why they wanted to give me a free watch. If you want to follow them (I don't know if they are still giving away a free watch), you can follow them @TimexStyleWatch on twitter! Like I mentioned above this is not a review! I am just thankful to them for giving me this beautiful watch!

My First Purchase At Bath And Body Works

 Last week was my first time purchasing something from Bath And Body Works. I've heard so many good things about it. I heard that they are as good as Victoria's Secret or maybe even better! So I thought I would give them a try since I received some coupons from them.

Anyway, above are what I got for a little over $40 including shipping and tax, 5 mists and one lotion, a total of 6 items. I asked one of my friends if $40+ was a good price for 6 items, she thought it was still expensive which I thought it was too. But oh well, I guess it's okay since it was my first time purchasing from them. I am not familiar with them yet. I don't even know if they smell good!

You see, I don't have a sense of smell. You are all probably wondering why I am buying these stuff? Well, they are not intended for me! I am planning to include them in the balik-bayan box to be sent to my family in the Philippines, who knows when! My way of knowing if something smells good or not is, I let my husband smell it for me! LOL! So I got a job for him awaiting over here! LOL!

Anyhow, I received my package today and they included so many coupons. I guess they figured that I'll be enticed to buy from them again with all these coupons. I am not saying that I'm not going to even though I think they are more pricey than VS. I'll just have to see how much I can get and how much I would pay using any of these coupons!

Prayers In Times Of Calamity

I am asking for a little favor for those who are stopping by and reading this blog to take a few minutes of your time and say a little pray for my fellow Filipinos in the Philippines who were affected by the 7.2 magnitude earthquake last night! I found this prayer on the internet, The prayer, from Pinoy Catholic, states:

Oh God our Father:
In faith we acknowledge Your paternal care over us, Your sons, daughters and children. In hope we trust in Your divine providence of giving us wisdom and courage as we face the challenges in life. In love we invoke Your help and guidance during these difficult days of death and destruction in our dear country.
Our is a prayer of thanksgiving for once again reminding us that ours is an imperfect world, that heaven is not on earth, and that nature every now and then tells us not to abuse her. Ours too is a prayer of repentance for calling upon You when we are in need and desperation but forgetting You in favourable times and pleasing occasions. Ours as well is a prayer of petition as we say:
Grant eternal peace to those who lost their lives. Embrace the children who died in their innocence. Help those who are hurt and cure those who are sick.
Encourage those who suffer the destruction of their homes and properties, and to once again stand up and rebuild their future.
Bless all those who extend their helping hands to those in need of food, shelter and clothing, who share their time, talents and resources with others.
Inspire more people to be men and women for their neighbors, convinced that the more they are for others, the taller they stand before you.
Spare us please from other natural disasters and devastations if this be according to Your will and for our own spiritual good and growth.
All your thoughts and prayers are very much appreciated! Thank you!

I Lost My Lens Cap

{image not mine}

I lost my lens cap a week ago. I don't know how it happened though because it was just right there beside me when I was taking picture of my little one inside the house. I didn't notice it missing until I was in the car and saw that my lens cap wasn't attach to my lens. I did not go back inside the house to get it for I was in a hurry and I was confident that it was inside the house. But then when I came home later that day and my husband mentioned about it (he is very strict about not putting the cap on my lens by the way), it's nowhere to be found! I even looked outside and in the car and it's not there!

Well, my husband was more upset about it than me! LOL! He told me to get a new replacement cap right away! I didn't do it right away but I bought it the next day on Amazon, it will be here tomorrow. He also suggested that I get a string that they call a "keeper" so if I use my camera, my cap would still be attach to it and I won't have to worry about losing my lens cap again.

And while I was shopping on Amazon, I also bought a new case for my IPod since the last one that I bought didn't really last that long! Thank goodness for the cases or my IPod would have been broken a long time ago the way my little one had thrown it many times! There was even one time that he put it in the toilet and I thought for sure that it would break, but thank goodness it didn't!

Anyway, it will be a while for my IPod case to come, I didn't realize that the seller was from outside the US but it's okay, I have my old case that keeps my IPod safe from those tiny hands! Plus I guess it's worth waiting since I didn't pay much for it compared to the last one and it is very cute! Here it is below...

I so love the color combination, pink, black and zebra-print! Of course I have to have me an animal-print! LOL! Aside from it's great color combinations, I also love that it would cover my IPod fully, it will protect it so much better than the old ones that I have/had!

I Am May be Getting A Timex Watch For Free Worth $165!

I love getting free stuff! Who doesn't anyway? Especially if it is something expensive! That doesn't happen often! Usually if it's free, you get the most basic! But not this time!  I am may be getting a free Timex Watch worth $165! Well, I don't consider it for sure yet since I do not have it in my possession but the person that contacted me about it said that it will come in the mail within 6-8 weeks! So it is really not for certain yet! But I am really excited about it, can you tell? LOL!

Anyway, how I came across getting this free watch was through twitter! I've been posting my picture on there wearing somewhat fashionable outfit I should say and this certain someone kept liking my tweets and sending me messages. I believe it could be a representative from Timex. The other day, I received a direct message that they could help me get an arm candy to go with my outfit and to send them a direct message and so I did. I received a reply just this morning, telling me that they're giving me a free watch! They listed that style numbers that they are giving away and I have to choose one!

When I checked it out on their website, gosh I was blown away! Those watches ranges from $45 to $165! I am still kind of disbelief! Is it really true that they are willing to give me a free watch and no strings attached? I was expecting that they would want me to tweet about the free watch as a trade but they said no strings attached! Well, if I really get the watch in 6-8 weeks, the least that I can do would be tweeting about it and rest assured that I will be blogging about it too!

Anyway, below are the top 2 watches that I really liked!
{image not mine}
 Above is a Ladies Dress Chronograph Watch which is priced at $95! This was my first pick but then I remembered that my husband's birthday is coming up and this would be a great opportunity to get him something nice and expensive and wouldn't cost me a penny! So I decided to forget this one and get a men's watch for my husband. I found out later when my friend mentioned that this one was Out Of Stock actually! So no regrets and disappointments! LOL!
{Image not mine!}
Above is what I decided to get! It is a Men's Intelligent Quartz Fly-Back Chronograph which is priced at $165! The name alone sounds so fancy already! LOL! I actually showed it to my husband but didn't tell him that it is for him and he said that it is a very nice looking watch! Now I know for sure that he is going to love it! But since this won't come on his birthday, I still have to find him something on his special day. This would be a great post-birthday gift surprise! Hopefully, I will really get it for I am looking forward to give it to my husband! Crossing my fingers!

Aeropostale Has Another Satisfied Customer In Me

I bought some clothes at Aeropostale.com a week ago which cost me $55 including shipping and tax. I have been trying hard not to spend that much money online. If I do find some good deals, I try not to spend over $20! But last week was kinda a different story! I couldn't refuse the additional 40% off they were offering on  clearance! I've avoided the 25% and 30 % off they offered a week before and good thing that I didn't get tempted for I got a much better deal last week with the 40% off!

I was so thrilled to see the blazer that I've been eying for weeks and weeks was still available! I also bought 2 jeggings and 2 t-shirts that I intended to buy for my sisters. But when my packaged arrived few days ago, I am debating if I'm giving the t-shirts to them or keeping it for myself! They are so cute and fits perfect! Gosh I am so bad! LOL!

Anyway, Aeropostale has another satisfied customer in me for I love everything that I bought especially the blazer and the jeggings! It was my first time to ever buy jeans from them and I tell you, the material is very soft, plus the colors are great and fits perfect on me! I won't dare buying their jeans when it's not on sale and without additional discounts because they are almost $50 a piece! Yikes! I just couldn't afford that! But thanks to the sale plus 40% off, I got the jeans for $9 each! And the blazer, originally priced at $74+, it was on sale for $26+ and with 40% off, I got it for a little over $16! I couldn't be any happier with my purchase last week ! Although I paid more than usual, I still consider it a bargain! :)
